tools of the trade
Life guards have so many tools sp I will just tell you the ones I think are most important. the mane tool you will use life guarding is a whistle. The whistle gets other live guards attention if you are going for you brake to informing you coworkers that some one is drowning. The second most important tool a life guard must use is his/her voice using you voice in the right whey could be the difference between chaos and piece. Last but not least is the aid. All that an aid is is a something that floats to help you carry heavier people to safety.

I think too that you will need to use your eyes and stay alert. Hopefully you will not have to use your first aid training all the time, but when you do need to use it I think it will be the greatest tool of all.
